The Technical Regulation TR EAEU 037/2016 was adopted on 18 October 2016 with Decision no. 113. As this event took place after 2014, the correct name of the document is not TR CU 037, but TR EAEU 037, and it is the regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union, which replaced EurAsEC. A transitional period began on March 1, 2018, during which confirmation of compliance was not mandatory, however from March 1, 2020 the rule enters into force and now the procedure will become mandatory.

Certification according to TR EAEU 037
The confirmation of the conformity of the products with the requirements of this technical regulation is carried out in the form of a declaration of conformity, but at the choice of the applicant it can also take place in the form of certification according to one of the standard schemes:

for serial products - 1s, 2s and 6s
for a party - 3s.


Declaration according to TR EAEU 037
For the procedure:
1) The applicant must collect the necessary package of documents, consisting of: test report, operational documents, supply contract and accompanying documents (for 2d and 4d schemes), QMS certificate (6d scheme) and technical specifications (TU), if applicable.
2) Identify the product to refer it to the scope of the technical regulation.
3) Carry out production control and implement production in accordance with the requirements of the regulations.
4) Ensure the stability of the QMS operation (Scheme 6e).
5) Adopt a declaration of conformity.
6) Apply a single EAC sign.
7) Generate and archive a full set of documents, including everything from clause 1 and a declaration of conformity.

The applicant can be a company or an individual entrepreneur who has been registered under the legislation of a country that is a member of the countries of the Customs Union

The permissible concentration of the above substances is 0.1%. For cadmium - 0.01%

Mass production of products involves the use of 1d, 3d and 6d schemes
Goods produced in batches are declared according to schemes 2d and 4d.
When using 1d, 3d, 6d, the applicant can be the manufacturer or an authorized person. If 2d, 4d apply, the importer can also act as an applicant. Schemes 1e and 2e imply a statement based on evidence provided by the applicant himself. The tests can be carried out in your own laboratory or in another. For 3d, 4d and 6d the participation of an accredited test laboratory is required.

For series production, the document is valid for up to 5 years. For products manufactured in one batch, the period of validity of the declaration / certificate is not limited.
