This technical regulation of the Customs Union was developed with the aim of establishing uniform requirements for oils and fatty products, binding for the common customs territory of the Customs Union and guaranteeing the free circulation of fats and petroleum products put into circulation. in the Common Customs Union customs territory of the Customs Union.

This technical regulation establishes the requirements for fatty and oily products in order to protect the life and health of citizens and prevent actions that mislead buyers (consumers).

The applicant can be a legal person or a natural person registered under the law of a Member State of the Customs Union on its territory, as an individual entrepreneur, a producer, or performing the functions of a foreign producer on the basis of an agreement. with him, in terms of guaranteeing the conformity of the products supplied to the requirements of this technical regulation and in terms of responsibility for the non-conformity of the products supplied with the requirements of this technical regulation of the Customs Union (person who performs the functions of a foreign manufacturer ).

1. Edible fats and petroleum products:
vegetable oils;
vegetable oil fractions;
deodorized refined transesterified oils (fats);
deodorized refined hydrogenated oils (fats);
margarine;
vegetable spreads and vegetable fats;
mixtures of melted vegetable cream and vegetable fats;
special purpose fats, including those for culinary, confectionery and baking purposes;
milk fat substitutes;
cocoa butter equivalents;
SOS type cocoa butter improvers;
POP type cocoa butter substitutes;
non-tempered non-lauric cocoa butter substitutes;
non-tempered lauric-type cocoa butter substitutes;
sauces based on vegetable oils;
Mayonnaise;
mayonnaise sauces;
vegetable oil based creams;
distilled glycerin.
2. Fats and inedible petroleum products:
natural crude glycerin;
laundry soap.

Fats and oily products obtained in the non-industrial production process, with the exception of vegetable oil;
products based on inedible fats and oils, with the exception of natural raw glycerin and household soap.

The period of validity of the declaration is established by the applicant in accordance with the provisions of the technical regulation of the Customs Union 'On food safety' and must not exceed five years.
