This technical regulation of the Customs Union establishes the requirements for electromagnetic compatibility of technical equipment in order to ensure the protection of human life and health, of goods in the common customs territory of the Customs Union, as well as to prevent actions that deceive consumers. The applicant can be a legal person or a natural person registered under the law of a Member State of the Customs Union on its territory, as an individual entrepreneur, a producer, or performing the functions of a foreign producer on the basis of an agreement. with him, in terms of guaranteeing the conformity of the products supplied to the requirements of this technical regulation and in terms of responsibility for the non-conformity of the products supplied with the requirements of this technical regulation of the Customs Union (person who performs the functions of a foreign manufacturer ).

not included in the unified list of products for which mandatory requirements are established in the context of the customs union, approved by the Commission of the customs union.
