A certificate for perfumery products can be voluntarily issued and registered in the GOST R system. To do this, you need to write an application to which the details of the organization, scanned copies of the constituent documents and technical conditions or a passport are attached for products. Getting a certificate always has a positive effect on the reputation of any brand. Consumer confidence in a product that has a special mark of the GOST R system is much higher.

If you were looking for a way to stand out from the competition, getting this type of official document will be a significant advantage in this endeavor. However, it should be understood that a voluntary certificate does not release the manufacturer from the obligation to obtain a TR CU 009/2011 declaration for perfumery and cosmetics.

It is also worth noting that for some types of goods, a state registration certificate (SGR) is issued, the full list of which is contained in Appendix 12, as well as on our website.

SGR for cosmetics To obtain a state registration certificate, it is necessary to provide an application, copies of the technical documentation, a list of the ingredients that make up the product, a notification that the product meets all the quality and safety requirements. Duplicates of documentation are also required, indicating all organoleptic and physico-chemical characteristics, examples of packaging labels and other markings, consumer annotations, laboratory test protocols and other documentation.
