Technical regulation of the Customs Union 013/2011
The Technical Regulation of the Customs Union 013/2011 'On the requirements for gasoline for engines and aircraft, diesel and fuel for navigation, aviation fuel and fuel oil' establishes uniform, mandatory requirements for the execution and the application for fuels put into circulation on the territory of the countries of the Customs Union.

The effect of the Customs Union Technical Regulation 013/2011 applies to:
Petrol for automobiles and aviation; diesel and marine fuel; jet fuel; fuel
The effect of the Customs Union Technical Regulation 013/2011 does not apply to:
fuel supplied under the state defense order;
supplied for export outside the common customs territory of the Customs Union;
stored in organizations that ensure the safety of the state material reserve;
fuel for self-consumption needs in oil fields and drilling platforms.
Products falling within the scope of this Regulation must undergo a conformity assessment procedure in the form of a declaration.

Applicable declaration schemes of the Customs Union Technical Regulation 013/2011:
2d - based on the manufacturer's tests for a lot of equipment (single item);
3d - based on tests in an accredited laboratory for series products;
4e - based on tests in an accredited laboratory for a batch of products;
6e - on the basis of tests in an accredited laboratory, the presence of a quality management system certificate for series products.
